6 black and white photographs 8cm X 5cm each in photograph album. Each photo is attached to the album with corner tabs. Date noted in handwriting at bottom of album " 2/18/99" indicating February 18, 1899. No writing on verso of photographs, photographs previously glued to a different surface. Four single photo portraits each of four men, one woman, and one photo of a man and woman together. Photos are each undated and appear to have been taken during different years. The individuals in the photos are not separately identified.

Photograph inside Weissman-Marcovici photo album. Photograph brought from Romania to New York by Paulina Marcovici and placed in her photo album. The Marcovici name changed to Markowitz upon immigration to the United States.
Album then given to Paulina's daughter Helen Gold (nee Markowitz), who lived in New York, NY, Allentown, PA and Miami Beach, Florida. Album then given to Barbara Bauer and then brought to Victoria BC Canada so that Barbara's daughter Julia Herzog could help preserve the photo album and research family members.
