Provenance: The photograph on the cover was taken by Karl Preuss in 2007.
It depicts the Große Ring (the Great Ring), the medieval marketplace in the centre of Breslau. This photograph then became part of the cover of Remembering. Remembering is now part of the The Holocaust and World War II Memory Collection, which was established by Dr. Helga Thorson, Associate Professor in Germanic Studies the University of Victoria, in collaboration with UVic Special Collections & University Archives.
