Rowan Watts recently received his BA double majoring in English Honours and Theatre from the University of Victoria. Rowan is a Lead Research Assistant for the Visualizing Braided Narratives Project, and during his undergraduate degree, was a Senior Staff Editor for the Martlet Independent Newspaper, a JCURA scholar, the Managing Editor of the Albatross, Vice President of the English Students’ Association, and played Hason in Luis Alfaro’s Mojada (Phoenix Theatre).
This digital exhibition and the dramatic reading that it showcases were made possible by the Peter and Ana Lowens University of Victoria Special Collections Student Fellowship, and the indispensable mentorship of Dr. Sasha Kovacs and Christine Walde.
